Peterson Property Valuations Brisbane is a family-owned valuation practice serving Brisbane and South East Queensland. The business began in the 1980s when founder Phil Peterson established the company after working with a commercial developer and within the Queensland State Government. This background helped shape the business’s direction and its long-standing focus on practical valuation solutions.

Our mission is simple. We aim to provide clear valuation reporting that helps clients understand their property matters, whether they relate to stamp duty, capital gains tax, superannuation, family law, resumptions, estates, aged care or general enquiries.
